• Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Magnesium stearate Hypromellose (vegicap) Microcrystalline cellulose Phosphatidylcholine (soy lecithin)

Recommended Dosage

• Adults: Take 2 capsules 2 times daily. Take with food. Avoid taking at bedtime.
